Jason Duncan spent four years as a schoolteacher, but due to cuts in his County’s budget was forced to make a decision about the next step in his career. After much prayer, thought, and many sleepless nights, he and his wife, Kristie, decided it was time for him to run his own business full-time. Jason founded a new energy efficiency consulting company based in Gallatin called Future Vision Energy (now known as Energy Lighting Services). Today, it is an award-winning multi-million-dollar business with offices in Hendersonville TN, Memphis TN, Greenville, SC, and Sacramento CA. He expanded into the electrical services space with a new division of the company in July of 2018, hiring Brendon Lombardi as Vice President of ELS Electric.
Along with being CEO of Energy Lighting Services and ELS Electric, Duncan coaches salespeople, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. Jason is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce and serves as a pastor in his local church Eikon House In 2014, he won the Rising Star Award from the TN Small Business Development Center, was nominated in the Nashville Business Journal’s Sumner County Impact Awards, and the 2015 40 Under 40 Awards.
Jason is a passionate and dedicated professional who loves Jesus. He lives in Gallatin, Tennessee, with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing guitar, riding his Harley-Davidson, working on his small farm, and camping with his family.
VP of Electrical Services
Brendon lives in Cottontown, Tennessee. He is originally from Montana, but moved to California to better his career and knowledge in the Electrical field. Before finding his way to Tennessee, Brendon went to school for four years at Associated Builders and Contractors School in San Diego CA to become a certified journeyman electrician, which he is currently.
Brendon has had an extensive amount of electrical experience through his career. He has worked on many various new construction project types including high rises, schools, International Airports, Court houses, Federal Marshal buildings, theatres, City Halls, Civic Centers, homes, apartment buildings, tilt up warehouses, TI’s, and more. In addition, he holds a current CE (Electrical Contracting) license in the state of Tennessee.
After two back surgeries, Brendon chose to leave the field and begin his office career. He began as an estimator and soon moved into a service manager position. Once in Tennessee, Brendon started at ELS as a Project Manager and then Director of Project Management. When Jason had visions of starting an Electrical Services division, Brendon was the obvious choice to lead the way.
In his spare time he enjoys playing with his dog, playing the piano and guitar, and painting. Brendon has thoroughly enjoyed living in Tennessee thus far and has made many new friends.
